Update for brand owners selling beverage products in New Brunswick

RCC members are asked to take note of this update from Encorp Atlantic, the producer responsibility organization (PRO) responsible for the used beverage container program in New Brunswick. The update provides details on the planned changes to the beverage container deposit and the implementation of a container recycling fee (CRF). The document includes the estimated CRF by container type which will come into effect on April 1, 2024.
