Mark your calendars with these essential reporting dates leading to the launch:

Sep 1, 2024: Producers report 2023 supply data into WeRecycle portal
Oct 1, 2024: CM submits total producer data to Divert NS on behalf of producers
May 31, 2025: Producers report 2024 supply data to WeRecycle portal AND Divert NS
Oct 31, 2025: 2026 producer fees released
Dec 1, 2025: Program implementation
Jan 1, 2026: Producers invoiced for 1/12 (Dec) of 2025 and full 2026 year using 2024 supply data
