Regulatory change allows retailers to sell greater selection of bicycle helmets in Nova Scotia

Following months of advocacy, RCC secured regulatory changes that improve the ability of sports equipment retailers to sell a greater variety of bicycle helmets.

Effective December 14, 2021, Nova Scotia added the European Committee for Standardization to its list of certification agencies for helmets. The relevant regulation change can be found on Page 428 of the Royal Gazette.
