Employers to receive surplus distribution while employer rates will be reduced in P.E.I.

PEI employers are pleased with the recent notice that due to the funding position of the PEI Workers Compensation system, employers will receive a surplus distribution for 2021.  In addition, the 2022 estimated average Workers Compensation employer assessment rates for PEI employers will be reduced by $0.07.  See press release.
