Saskatchewan vaccination strategy transitioning to focused outreach

July 27, 2021

With 74% of Saskatchewan residents 12-and-up having received at least one vaccination dose, the government has announced that it will be shifting its vaccination focus from appointment-based mass vaccination centres to targeted strategies focusing on eliminating barriers for those remaining under-vaccinated. Part of this ongoing strategy will be the continued use of larger retail sites, such as grocery stores, as walk-in clinics spread across the province.
