Mother’s Day 2023 Shopping in Canada Survey | National Consumer Research – Caddle & RCC

Caddle, in partnership with Retail Council of Canada (RCC), surveyed Canadians from coast to coast to better understand consumers’ shopping intentions around Mother's Day.

Of the 3 in 4 Canadians who will shop for special gifts for mom this year. 82% will shop for those gifts in person, at a local retailer.  This a 33% increase since 2022 (55% said they would shop this way), signaling consumers are returning to in person shopping items that benefit from a more personal touch
