Workplace Safety and Insurance Rate rates will stay the same for 2021

The WSIB recently announced that premium rates will not change for 2021. All businesses will continue to pay the same rate they paid in 2020.
This is positive news for retailers who may have been concerned about a potential rate increase. It provides businesses across Ontario more opportunity to adjust to the ongoing pandemic.
The WSIB will also not begin collecting deferred premium payments as part of their financial relief package until January 2021. Learn more at wsib.ca/financialrelief.
