Saskatchewan Extends Relief for Small Businesses

April 2, 2024

Saskatchewan has announced the extension of its Small Business Tax Rate. Initially a temporary measure introduced in 2020 as part of pandemic support, the reduced corporate income tax rate of one percent was set to revert to two percent by July. The recent legislation, however, ensures this reduced rate will stay in place until at least June 30, 2025, offering continued financial relief to the small business community in these challenging times.
