Ramping up to celebrate for new product innovation in retail

Celebrated annually, the Canadian Grand Prix New Product Awards program celebrates new products in food, non-food and private label categories. It’s a unique opportunity to showcase new products and to meet everyone who’s anyone within the Canadian grocery sector in one room.

The program is open to manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. Products are judged on presentation and packaging, product attributes, innovation, originality and overall value to the consumer.

We participate in the Canadian Grand Prix every year. It has become a traditional team event for us! Having won many Grand Prix Awards throughout the years, I can say without a doubt that the award’s prestige sparks increased visibility among peers and the retail community, and also acts as a powerful motivator for our development team. “

Last year’s winners included Cindy and Tina Lee of T&T Supermarkets, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award. There are over 40 award categories including Innovative Packaging, All Canadian, Overall Consumer Value and many more.
