Reports of increase in violent incidents in stores

RCC is hearing from members of an increased number of violent incidents occurring in their retail locations. Members are encouraged to refer to the reference materials listed on the RCC Loss Prevention Community Hub to assist with mitigating workplace violence and learn some de-escalation tips.
