Alberta announces special vaccination leave

The Alberta government has announced that they intend to make amendments to the Employment Standards Code that will provide workers up to three hours of paid, job-protected leave to get the COVID-19 vaccine.
The amendment will take effect when the bill receives first reading and will apply to full and part time employees.
