Manitoba announces cabinet shuffle

Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson announced a cabinet shuffle on Monday, January 30, 2023, coming after one-third of the 36 Progressive Conservative caucus members elected in 2019 have either quit in the last two years or have said they will not run again in the provincial election scheduled for October 3, 2023.

While RCC has familiarity with all Cabinet members, ministers in all four of the primary Ministries have changed, including new Ministers of Finance, Environment, Economic Development, and the newly established Ministry of Labour and Immigration.
