Webinar: Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) Surveys
August 3, 2022RCC and the Canadian Association of Importers and Exporters (I.E. Canada) have partnered to bring you an exclusive members-only webinar on “Section 71” surveys under CEPA on August 10, 2022 (2-3pm ET).
Section 71 surveys are regular mandatory data requirements to import and sell products into Canada. These surveys are often very technical and require chemistry knowledge and information not generally available to the average importer. With new mandatory surveys appearing every couple of months, a more regularized approach is needed. Bruce Calder, VP of Consulting Services, will explain how to handle these mandatory, yet very technical, surveys in a practical manner.
