Effective Friday, November 12, 2021 at 6pm AT, the COVID-19 circuit breaker measures ended for Zone 2 (Saint John region). This will allow more public access in and out of Zone 2 and allow more people to shop at retail establishments.

Regrettably, as COVID-19 cases continue to remain high in the urban areas of Zone 1, Moncton region, the circuit breaker measures will continue until at least November 19, 2021 in the municipalities of Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview. The rest of Zone 1 ended its circuit breaker measures Friday, November 12, 2021 at 6pm AT.

Finally, rising COVID-19 cases also resulted in the implementation of a two week circuit breaker measure for most of Zone 7, Miramichi region. Zone 7’s circuit breaker began on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 6pm AT See press release.
