Alert Level 4 begins for Newfoundland and Labrador – garden centres can open in person
May 11, 2020Today, Newfoundland and Labrador have entered Alert Level 4 which permits the gradual resumption of some activities and business operations. While there is a loosening in small gathering restrictions, physical distancing continues to be recommended to stop the spread of COVID-19. Garden centres can open for in-person sales and service. Landscaping and lawn care services can also resume.
