Proposed amendments to tires, batteries and electronics regulations in Ontario

The Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) has posted proposed amendments to the producer responsibility regulations for tires, batteries and electronics. The consultation period is open until January 10, 2022 and MECP is hosting a webinar session on December 15, 2021 (9:30-10:30am ET).
