RCC submission to Saskatchewan Employment Standards consultation

With input from a number of members, RCC finalized its submission to the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety which was seeking feedback on the employment standards provisions of the Saskatchewan Employment Act and its four associated regulations.

Members identified over a dozen recommendations around issues that have historically impeded operations, resulted in disadvantages for employees and employers, or caused unnecessary red tape or confusion.
