Saskatchewan announces minimum wage changes for October

On October 1, 2021, Saskatchewan’s minimum wage will increase to $11.81, an increase of 36 cents over the current $11.45 rate. Saskatchewan’s minimum wage is reviewed annually and is calculated using an indexation formula. The formula gives equal weight to changes to the Consumer Price Index and the average hourly wage for Saskatchewan.
