RCC sends joint letter to urge government to facilitate a dialogue between the Maritime Employers Association and the longshoremen’s union of the Port of Montreal

To express concern about the threat of another labour stoppage at the Port of Montreal, RCC has joined with other leading business associations to call upon the government to use all tools at their disposal to facilitate a dialogue between the Maritime Employers Association and the longshoremen’s union to arrive at a negotiated agreement prior to the expiration of the truce on March 21, 2021.
