One in 10 restaurants closed in Quebec City since the beginning of the pandemic

Over the last 18 months, 175 restaurants have closed their doors in Quebec’s capital city due to the pandemic and labour shortages. Despite federal assistance programs, the debt level of restaurateurs remains “very high.”
