Saskatchewan adequately prepared for now to handle COVID case increases

With active Omicron variant cases on the rise, Saskatchewan continues to indicate they have sufficient hospital capacity and adequate restrictions in place to manage the current impacts of the latest pandemic wave. RCC meets frequently with government officials to stay close to any developments and appreciates the government’s sensitivity to the impact health orders have on businesses.

Saskatchewan remains the only province in Canada with no restrictions on gatherings, however introduced a vaccination passport for many sectors in Fall 2021.
