February 23, 2022

Following pressure by RCC, the requirement for proof of vaccination for retailers ended on February 16, 2022. Proof of vaccination, however, remains in place for movie theatres and restaurants until March 14, 2022.

Additionally, capacity limits for retailers were lifted on February 21, 2022, while those for restaurants will be completely removed on March 14, 2022.
