RCC advocacy on proposed new food regulationsSeptember 8, 2021
On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, RCC submitted comments on behalf of its members on proposed new food regulations being considered by Health Canada, including proposed updates to the table of daily values and the table of reference amounts for food. Key areas of advocacy include flexible labelling and packaging requirements as well as timing to help minimize costs.
