Wildfires in Quebec: Financial assistance available to retailers

The Government of Quebec is providing financial and psychological assistance to victims of the forest fires raging in the northern part of the province. This includes a relaxation of deadlines related to fiscal obligations.
Revenu Québec “will display flexibility toward businesses and individuals affected by the forest fires,” according to the province, and will support in fulfilling their fiscal obligations to avoid being penalized by the situation.
