RCC’s Job Connect – a new COVID-19 redeployment resource

To assist both retailers in finding needed employees, while also helping displaced workers find jobs, RCC’s Job Connect will now act as a central resource.  Retailers who are hiring can identify themselves and RCC will provide their links to retail experienced candidates who are displaced so they can find continued work during this crisis.  

If your company has positions to fill, please send your logo, company HR website link, and a brief (50 word or less general description) of the types of positions you are trying to fill to jobconnect@retailcouncil.org and list you on our website and provide a direct link through to your HR recruitment websites. 

Thank you to all employees across the retail industry, both within stores as well as supply chains, who are working every day to respond to the essential needs of Canadians.  We are all so grateful for your efforts and personal sacrifices.  It is our hope that our efforts through Job Connect can attribute in even a small way to helping you weather this storm.
