Ifrah Hussein opened the RCC STORE 2021 Conference with a short yet substantial poem commissioned by RCC. Touching on the sense of community, commitment, and contributions of retailers in Canada throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, she summarizes the passion and resilience of workers throughout the retail industry.
