BC essential service vaccination: Distribution centres (DC)

March 30, 2021

BC is adding detail to the plan to vaccinate various categories of essential service workers. To that end, RCC has agreed to assemble a list of retail distribution centres for the province’s ‘wholesale/warehouse category.

Retailers with DCs in BC, or those with contracts with independent DCs in BC, should ensure their DC is on RCC’s list.

RCC is also concerned that retailer-owned manufacturing facilities are included. If you have such facilities, please also let us know. For information, please contact Greg Wilson, Director, Government Relations (BC) gwilson@retailcouncil.org. Please also note that delays in the AstraZeneca/Serum Institute of India vaccine will impact BC’s essential service vaccination plan.
