BC updates online marketplace sales tax guidance
August 15, 2023BC updated provisions of the Provincial Sales Tax applicable to online marketplaces. These were first introduced in Budget 2022 and came into effect on July 1, 2022. Owing to work by RCC and our members, clarifications were introduced in Budget 2023 (in February 2023). The revised PST Bulletin (142) was published by the Ministry of Finance on August 10, 2023.
