British Columbia: PST rebate on select machinery and equipment extended to March 31, 2022

Put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic, British Columbia is offering a rebate as part of a temporary provincial sales tax (PST) program. Businesses may apply to receive a rebate equal to the PST paid between September 17, 2020 and March 31, 2022 on eligible equipment and machinery that are considered capital assets, upon meeting certain eligibility requirements. Applications must be received by September 30, 2022 in order to qualify.
