Healthy Hire jobs grant program extended in Manitoba

The Manitoba government has announced it will be extending the Healthy Hire Manitoba Program to November 15, 2021 and the application deadline to October 30, 2021. Under the program, eligible employers will receive a grant equivalent to 50 per cent of wages for a maximum of 10 employees, with a maximum of $5,000 per employee. The wage support covers full pay periods for employees hired on or after June 10, 2021, with the last pay period ending November 15, 2021.
