Private cannabis retail stores in BC now can sell products online for in-store pickup

Previously, customers in BC could reserve cannabis products online but they were required to be physically present to complete payment and obtain their purchases. Now, payments may be made by app, website or telephone which will help limit customer time in stores and permit physically distanced pickup. In-store pickup is still required to allow employees to check identification. Retailers must also include an age-verification tool in their online sales systems.
