WorkSafeBC consults on amendments for Retirement Age Determination and Partial Disability Benefits

WorkSafeBC is consulting on proposals to amend policy on permanent partial disability benefits and retirement age determination policies. Both changes have potential implications to assessment rates paid by employers.  Discussion papers on the proposals are found here and here. The consultations will close at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021.
