The Manitoba government, through the RCC-led Manitoba Accessibility Advisory Council, has launched a review of the province’s Accessibility Standard for Customer Service to assess the effectiveness of the regulation in providing more accessible customer service for all Manitobans.
Among the ways to participate in the conversation include a public survey, and two upcoming webinars scheduled both on May 13, 2021.
