Updates to the Manitoba Pandemic Sick Leave program

The Manitoba Pandemic Sick Leave program was recently introduced to provide up to $600 per employee of COVID-19 related sick leave taken between May 7 and September 25, 2021. Among other things, this leave covers time off for vaccinations and their related side effects.
The program is voluntary and requires employers to submit an application for a reimbursement, one employee at a time. However, RCC is pleased to have worked with a receptive government to develop an uploading process for larger employers.
