Government of Canada releases Listera policy for ready-to-eat foods
October 3, 2023As a reminder to members who sell ready-to-eat foods, Health Canada has completed its update of the “Policy on Listeria monocytogenesin Ready-to-Eat Foods” and the policy is in effect as of October 1, 2023. The Listeria policy is intended to assist in the application and verification of activities for Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat foods.
