Regulation amended to create EPR program for packaging and paper products in New Brunswick

Following multiple consultations – beginning in 2019 and interrupted by the COVID pandemic – the government approved a regulatory amendment that will create an extended producer responsibility program for packaging and paper products (PPP). The PPP program will begin in the spring of 2023.
