Retailers in New Brunswick with eating areas must collect customer contact information
July 21, 2020Retailers with seating areas used for customer eating, drinking, socializing, celebration, ceremony or entertainment are required to maintain a record of the names and contact information of all persons who attend. The same applies to anyone who hosts, organizes or permits gatherings larger than 50. A guidance and recommendations document with templates for use is available to assist these venues or hosts.
