CCCD in contact with new Québec ministers, advocacy updates expected

Following the recent nominations of the new Québec cabinet ministers, CCCD/RCC reached out to a dozen ministers – including Environment, Economy, Finance, Immigration, Labour, and the new French language minister among others – to congratulate them on their posts.

RCC has also requested a meeting with these ministers and their staff in order to speak of issues related to importance to retailers such as environmental requirements, facts around inflation, and labor shortage.

We will continue to report the outcomes of these meetings as they are held in the coming weeks.
