Consultation of Office de protection des consommateurs (OPC) on Bill 29

Following an internal meeting with Fasken legal representatives held on January 29, 2024, and thanks to commentary offered by members, RCC has finalized and submitted its brief on the issue of repairability of goods before the February 7 deadline.

RCC is in contact with the Office de protection des consommateurs (Consumer Protection Office) for next steps regarding the consultation process. We will share information with members as soon as available.
