The Saskatchewan Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety is seeking feedback on the employment standards provisions of The Saskatchewan Employment Act and its four associated regulations. These include The Assignment of Wages Regulations, The Employment Standards Regulations, The Conditions of Employment Regulations and The Minimum Wage Regulations.
A discussion paper has been developed to provide background information and describe some of the key areas for consideration, with feedback due by October 31, 2023. In the coming days, RCC will reach out to member HR and Labour contacts to begin soliciting input.
