B.C. Releases Pay Transparency Tool

Attention Businesses with B.C. operations: Before Friday, November 1, 2024, employers with 1,000 or more B.C. employees will need to submit Pay Transparency Reports. (The number of B.C. employees decreases to 500 or more on November 1, 2025, and to 50 or more on November 1, 2026).  B.C.’s Ministry of Finance has released a tool which will be used by employers to submit their reports. That tool is found HERE.
