Alberta suspends fuel tax for 6 months

As of January 1, 2023, Alberta’s provincial gas tax was removed for the next six months in an effort to provide relief to individual and commercial drivers at the pump. Alberta electricity and natural gas rebates have also been expanded to help more Albertans better manage the rising cost of living.
