Tsunami Preparedness Week aims to raise awareness
April 12, 2022Tsunami Preparedness Week runs from April 10-16, 2022, with the aim of raising awareness about tsunami risk in coastal communities. Emergency Management B.C. is the lead agency for activities, including preparation, response, mitigation and recovery, and issues emergency alerts in the event of a tsunami.
