Consultation period now open for Quebec’s extended producer responsibility draft legislation

On October 13, the Government of Quebec released a draft regulation (FR / EN) to amend the existing Regulation on the Recovery and Reclamation of Products by Businesses, which is the overarching extended producer responsibility legislation in the province. The consultation period is open until November 26, 2021.
