RCC launches Alberta Labour Market study

To better understand the labour market challenges and solutions in Alberta’s retail sector, RCC – in partnership with the Government of Alberta – is conducting a labour market information study. The purpose of this study is to identify key labour market challenges facing the retail sector, inform on best practices in labour market recruitment and retention, as well as inform future planning and policy development.

This week, members with a presence in Alberta will receive a request to participate in a 25-minute confidential survey from consulting firm Maletest, with every participant receiving the full aggregated report this Fall.
