Updated rules enacted for in-store fluid milk promotions

The New Brunswick Farm Products Commission officially updated its Wholesale and Retail Pricing Order for fluid milk on June 1, 2023. As noted in previous RCC communications, the Commission also amended its rules to allow some retailer flexibility in offering in-store fluid milk promotions. The updated Order has yet to be posted on the Commission’s webpage.
However, the Commission did provide RCC with a pdf of the updated Order as well as a sheet of Frequently Asked Questions / Answers regarding these changes.
